em..... no! The paint job is shit and he sprayed the bottom bracket cups and headset cups onto the frame. You will always get a build up of paint around any area where the surface is not level, therefore, his comment about the frame not needing re-facing is bollocks because it will need re-facing. Also the paint job is anything but even so will more than likely need re-painting because it looks like a pikeys bike + if this is an anodised frame - the laser etching will clearly look ridiculous. I will however take back me previous use of the word idiot because is feel it would be put to much better use describing yourself........ coz I'm sure you are the mountainbikeking!
